Below is a description of the services I offer.
Individual Therapy is a personalised process. This process is tailored to your needs. These needs could be to achieve certain goals or to relieve distress. It can also be to change any unfulfilling aspects of your life. As a Clinical Psychologist, I then explore your experience and interactions empathically. Thereafter, I link this to your sense of dissatisfaction. I can then assist you in addressing your distress.
Psychotherapy is a combined effort between an individual and the Psychologist. It is thus an intricate and personalised process. Psychotherapy is subsequently tailored to each client’s specific challenges or needs. It follows that the therapeutic process is unique for each client.
Most couples benefit from Couple’s Therapy at different stages in the relationship. Couples Therapy can increase satisfaction and fulfillment in a relationship. This is done by exploring the patterns that underlie the challenges that you face.
Family Therapy creates a space where family members help each other to negotiate their current challenges. It creates a safe environment where families can have difficult discussions.
Group therapy offers you a space where you can relate to others who often have similar challenges or feelings. Group therapy can provide you additional support in coping with stressful life events, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. A group may ease your sense of isolation, improve your social skills and teach you about yourself.
